The Event Day Centre is your command post on the day. Door check-in scans guest passes at the entrance.
Why it matters
Your event-day team sees the same run sheet, provider arrivals and announcements on their phones.
How to do it
Open the Event Day Centre
Choose Event Day Centre at the top of your plan.
Add your event-day team
In the Guests section, choose Manage team and add the email they use for Papohapo. Share the team link with them.
Check guests in
Open Door check-in and scan each guest’s pass, or search by name.
