A clear, fair share
You earn a share of Papohapo's commission, never a charge on the provider or your client. Example: a KES 100,000 booking where Papohapo's commission is 10% (KES 10,000).

Active means you ran at least one event with an RFQ or agreement on Papohapo in the last 12 months. Commission is paid to M-Pesa on request: minimum KES 500, one withdrawal per calendar month. Papohapo deducts withholding tax where the law requires it.

Referral is not verification
Your referral records who introduced a provider. It does not make them verified. Every provider completes Papohapo's KYC checks before showing the Papohapo Verified badge, and commission starts only after that. So the programme rewards bringing in real, reliable providers, not sign-ups.

Who can become a Papohapo Partner?
Professional event planners who manage events for clients. Papohapo reviews each application. You can share your code while your application is being reviewed.
Do I need a referral code?
Yes. Use the code of the person who introduced you to Papohapo. If nobody did, enter PAPOHAPO.
When do I start earning?
When a provider you introduced is Papohapo Verified and Papohapo has collected its commission on a booking they delivered through the platform.
How do I get paid?
Your earnings build up in your Partner Account. Request a withdrawal to your verified M-Pesa number once you have at least KES 500 available. You can withdraw once per calendar month. To withdraw you need Level 1 identity verification.
Can service providers refer other providers?
Yes. Every member has a referral code and the same rules apply.
Does a referral change what my client pays?
No. Referral commission comes out of Papohapo's own commission. Your client and the provider pay exactly the same.
