Yes. Creating your account and Event Plan and using every planning tool cost nothing. You only pay the service providers you choose, on the terms in your signed agreement.
What happens when I click Create This Plan?
You create a free account (or sign in), and the new-event form opens with your occasion, date, guests, town and chosen services already filled in. You add the venue, check the details and your Event Plan is created with its tasks and budget lines.
Do I need a venue or an exact date?
You'll need a date and a rough guest count, and the form asks for a venue. If you haven't booked one yet, enter where you expect to hold it. You can change all of it later.
Can I change the plan later?
Yes. Add or remove tasks, cost items and services at any time. The starting plan is just that: a head start.
Is anything booked when I create a plan?
No. Nothing is booked or paid. You request quotes when you're ready, compare them, and only an agreement you sign with a provider commits you.
Can other people help me plan?
Yes. Invite your partner, family, committee or a professional planner to your planning team and give each person a role.
