Tumaini Events & Decor

Clients must notify Tumaini Events & Decor in writing as soon as possible if they wish to cancel a booking. Any deposit, refund, or cancellation charge will be handled according to the agreed booking terms. Clients may be responsible for reasonable, documented costs already incurred, including purchased materials, completed work, and non-refundable third-party bookings. Eligible refunds will be processed after accounting for applicable agreed charges. If we must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify the client promptly and seek an appropriate resolution, including a refund for services not delivered or an alternative arrangement by mutual agreement.

Clients should submit changes to the event date, venue, decoration theme, guest numbers, setup requirements, or other agreed arrangements in writing as early as possible. All changes are subject to availability and written confirmation. Requests that affect materials, staffing, transportation, equipment, or preparation time may incur additional charges. Revised quotations and timelines will be communicated for client approval before implementation. Last-minute requests may not be possible where preparations have already been completed or suppliers have been committed.

Tumaini Events & Decor will exercise reasonable care and professionalism when providing the agreed event planning, coordination, and decoration services. Clients are responsible for providing accurate event information and disclosing relevant venue restrictions and special requirements. Neither party will be liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, subject to applicable law. Responsibility for loss or damage will be assessed according to the circumstances, the parties' agreed obligations, and applicable Kenyan law. Nothing in this clause excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law. Any concerns should be communicated promptly to allow the parties to seek a fair resolution.
