Boss Events and Entertainment KE

To secure your date, a non-refundable deposit is required upon booking. For client-initiated cancellations, notices received 14 days or more before the event date are eligible for a 50% refund of any additional payments made beyond the deposit. Cancellations made within 14 days of the event are non-refundable, as equipment, crew, and preparation schedules will have already been finalized.

If Boss Events and Entertainment KE must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies, a full refund of all amounts paid will be promptly issued, or alternative rescheduling options will be provided at no extra cost

We understand that plans can evolve, and we strive to be as flexible as possible. Any requests for changes to scope, equipment quantities, event timelines, or technical specifications must be submitted in writing (via email or WhatsApp) at least 7 days prior to the event date.

While we will do our best to accommodate adjustments, last-minute changes requested within 7 days of the event are subject to equipment availability and may incur additional administrative or logistical fees. Major scope reductions within the 7-day window remain non-refundable to account for pre-allocated crew and logistical preparation.

Boss Events and Entertainment KE exercises the highest standard of professionalism and care during transport, setup, and operation. However, the client assumes full responsibility for any damage to, or loss of, our equipment, instruments, lighting gear, screens, or property caused by guests, attendees, third-party vendors, or adverse venue conditions (such as unsecured power surges, severe weather without proper shelter, or negligence).

The client is liable for the repair or replacement costs of any equipment damaged, lost, or stolen during the event. Furthermore, Boss Events and Entertainment KE is not liable for performance delays or failures resulting from force majeure events (e.g., acts of God, power grid failures beyond our control, or severe weather constraints). Any disputes will be handled professionally and amicably, with a commitment to fair resolution.
