Mwangaza Events & Catering

Clients wishing to cancel a booking must notify Mwangaza Events & Catering in writing as soon as possible. Any deposit, advance payment, or cancellation fee will be handled in accordance with the agreed booking terms. Where cancellation occurs after ingredients have been purchased, food preparation has begun, or third-party services have been secured, the client may be responsible for reasonable, documented costs already incurred. Any eligible refund will be processed after deducting agreed charges. In the event that Mwangaza Events & Catering must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, the client will be notified promptly and offered an appropriate refund for services not delivered or an alternative arrangement by mutual agreement.

Clients should submit requests to change menus, guest numbers, event dates, venues, delivery times, or other agreed arrangements in writing as early as possible. All changes are subject to availability and confirmation by Mwangaza Events & Catering. Changes may result in additional charges or adjustments to the original quotation, particularly where they affect ingredient purchases, staffing, transportation, equipment, or preparation time. Any revised costs and arrangements must be approved by the client before implementation. Last-minute changes may not be accommodated, especially where preparations or purchases have already been completed.

Mwangaza Events & Catering will exercise reasonable care and professionalism in preparing, handling, transporting, and serving food and delivering the agreed catering services. Clients are responsible for communicating dietary restrictions, allergies, special requirements, and relevant event arrangements before the event. Mwangaza Events & Catering will take reasonable precautions to address disclosed dietary requirements but cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment where cross-contamination risks exist. Neither party will be liable for delays or failure caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, subject to applicable law. Nothing in this clause excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by Kenyan law. Any claim arising from the services should be communicated promptly so the parties can work towards a fair resolution.
