- Share experience, not adverts. Service providers are welcome to help; please do not post price lists or repeated promotions.
- Keep personal details private. Do not post phone numbers, M-Pesa details or addresses. Use Papohapo to request quotes and sign agreements.
- Be fair about others. Describe problems factually. Report disputes to Papohapo through the Contact page rather than naming people publicly.
- Search first. Your question may already have a great answer.
