How Papohapo works: from idea to event day

Papohapo brings event organisers and service providers together in one place, from the first idea to the day after the event.

For event organisers

1. Create an event plan. Tell us the occasion, date, venue and guest numbers. Your plan starts with suggested tasks and budget lines for that kind of event.
2. Request quotes. Describe what you need for each service and send one request to many service providers, or request a quote for a specific package.
3. Compare and choose. Quotes arrive in one place, side by side. Shortlist and choose the best fit.
4. Agree and sign. Your chosen quote becomes a service agreement. Both sides review the terms and sign on Papohapo.
5. Pay and track. Payments are scheduled against the agreement, so you always know what is due and what has been paid.
6. Welcome your guests. Publish an event webpage, collect RSVPs and check guests in at the door.

For service providers

1. Join and set up your profile. Add your services, the counties you cover and your packages.
2. Get verified. Submit your business details and documents to earn the Papohapo Verified badge.
3. Quote on requests. See requests that match your services and send quotes for free.
4. Sign and deliver. When you win, sign the agreement, deliver the service and get paid as agreed. A commission applies only when you win.

For event planners

Planners can run their client events on Papohapo through the Partner Programme and invite the service providers they trust.
